Allow side-by-side view arrangements in web/desktop #3644

We could try to allow views to be positioned side by side in some cases, which could reduce amount of vertical space needed for the app (and difficulties vertically scrolling the outer page, etc)

I like this idea, we could also consider "tabs" on a single view as well -- like having one linear "view" with each tab being an LGV with a different assembly -- might also help reduce vertical overload.
