Hi!

I wonder if it would be possible to add extra options for dotplot view:

Colour gradient based on %similarity
Filter hits according to a minimum percentage of similarity
Possibility of filtering hits by size (remove small matches)

these are great ideas. we actually have some coloring options but they are buried in the settings, they should be made more accessible. filtering would also be good. obtaining some type of parity with e.g. d-genies would be ideal, as it does a lot of things right I think!

I actually had D-genies and DotPlotly in mind :)

Also, in terms of export, would it be possible to have png and pdf in addition to svg?
