Rubberband zoom on ellided blocks in overview scale bar gives wrong result #4433

Can see when doing "Show all regions" on https://jbrowse.org/code/jb2/large_displayed_regions_set/?config=test_data%252Fmany_contigs%252Fconfig.json

fairly low priority but would be a nice to have. related to calculations on elided blocks
