I wonder if "characteristic colors" should be part of the assembly info
Note that as far as coloring the lines in the circos view, it's kind of ambiguous because it's bidirectional?
moving this up in the priorities because @ihh wants it for ITCR in a couple weeks if possible
Make some kind of default coloring for chromosomes in the circular view. Just looks prettier.
