Modulo a few minor glitches (which I documented as issues), I was able to run this now, which is very satisfying indeed

just moved it to https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-jupyter-tutorial now

my other thought was basically doing a big revamp of the jbrowse-jupyter docs and README in general to be more stripped down and channels people to tutorials
