Visualize multiple data types from GDC #14

The GDC offers multiple data aside from sparql in flat files types including

If we have this, and also create more dense visualizations, I think there could be some interesting visualizations

Combined with #10 can do bulk import too. I tried a demo of this to load some CNV calls

That is about 50 CNV calls breast cancer files. There are not really and noticeable important patterns in this case but maybe we can find an example where there is one

Note that you kind of also get the feel that some R like utilities that cluster the data may be useful also...similar to gene expression heatmap, but CNV profile. Similar things also seen in single cell cnv profile where you want to view many CNV profiles at once

could revisit this with multiquantitative tracks as a way to densify- the visualization
