Convert the modal blast workflow into something into track/msaview loading status #34

this way it doesn't block the users workflow

possibly this is an alternative to https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-plugin-msaview/issues/32

not sure the job workflow described in https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-plugin-msaview/issues/32 is truly a better solution

it is now a "view status" so not a modal. can see in demo at https://jbrowse.org/demos/app

screenshot showing the status is in the view

can even refresh the page and it should keep waiting for the rid if search not complete (or, keep the result of the blast search if it was done)
