Make a menu item for searching #1081

The searching of the genome using the text input is sometimes confusing since it is also used to display chromosome locations

We could simply make a accessory search box or dialog accessible from the menu bar, as newer users may very well find it from the menu bar of the genome browser

PR added! any testing of this on dev branch is welcome. I anticipate this hopefully being a good addition for most people :)
