user-specific list of 'favorite locations' #194

Manage per-user lists of:

recent locations
favorite locations

Locations list would be a pane on the right side. Would have a filterable list of recent locations, and of bookmarked locations. Click on one of the entries to go there, and be able to edit a little metadata for each of them. Be able to import them from a text file.
