Provide way to customize links to sequences in HTML blast reports #87

If the sequence is not public, a link like won't work http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=nucleotide&cmd=search&term=FOO

Mimosa now links to it's own sequence API.
