F/V Lina Rose mis-numbered in weekly_checked data files #105

In several files (see examples below, although the list isn't exhaustive), the F/V Lina Rose is incorrectly assigned Vessel Number 38 instead of Vessel Number 32. Vessel 38 is actually the F/V Adie Alden. Will this impact the emolt.dat product at all?

Vessel is also misspelled, need to load both "Lina Rose" and "Lena Rose" files
