[VESSEL ISSUE] Rockblock problem on Wendy Lee

Two rockblocks have stopped working on this vessel, one was sent back to Huanxin for troubleshooting. Data are showing up fine in the wheelhouse.

The Rockblock tech ask me to send the two rockblocks back to the factory, We need to bring the Rockblock back from the F/V Wendy Lee

Hey @ErinGOMLF I think the emails come through on GitHub, so it shouldn't matter. I'm responding on GitHub and it looks like you responded by email initially? Glad to hear you've already got something lined up with the captain. I'm assuming you'll mail the unit down our way once you've got it?

I picked up the Rock Block on Wendy Lee today and downloaded the raw data. Will send that to Huanxin. He is still collecting data just without a GPS to send the data.
