lastfix shouldn't display "test mode" runs at the dock #82

I noticed this, for example, when we visited F/V MoK on Aug 25th our test mode showed up on latfix.html as a 80 degF

Right, I will change ilastfix to read the "QAQC emolt.dat".

Change Rockblock string for test transmissions to start or end with the word "TEST"
