This will be a non technical talk.

In this I'll talk about what are the multiple things which a person should focus while preparing for a job interview.

This will include

  1. Introduction
  2. Phases/Stages
  3. Hacking Technical Round
  4. Hacking Behavioural Round

This talk is especially focused on lateral hirings i.e. Fresher's can take some inspiration but should not follow this exactly.
