Fix #69

This PR integrates Docusaurus documentation into the GNOME Nepal site under the /docs path.

Added a docusaurus folder with initial docs setup.
Updated package.json build script to:
- Build both Vite and Docusaurus.
- Copy Docusaurus files to dist/docs for deployment.
Created _redirects for SPA routing.
