Integrate the backend API with React Query for efficient data fetching, caching, and state management in the application.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

To improve performance by leveraging React Query's caching and automatic re-fetching capabilities.
To simplify the management of loading, error, and success states for API requests.
To create reusable hooks for API interactions, enhancing code maintainability and reducing redundancy.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

Install and configure @tanstack/react-query in the project.
Set up a QueryClient and wrap the application with QueryClientProvider.
Write query and mutation functions for each API endpoint.
Implement reusable hooks for interacting with the backend (e.g., useEvents, useFaqs).
Add error handling and loading state management to improve the user experience.
Test all integrated APIs to ensure proper functionality and seamless UI updates.
