Kororaa Feature: branch weight for IFM Viewer

@chrisdicaprio @benjamineac As we go into branch exploration and composite branch views it'll be helpful to differentiate branches without swamping users in details. The key elements are the branch identifier (in science terms, not ToshiId, and the weight).

Some Ideas:

• We have a nice science shorthand for branch arguments used in your spreadsheets etc, and that could be formalised in nzshm-model
• a widget could be built that displays just the shorthand and the weight eg [ PUY_Ti_M4_bn(2,23) : 0.123 ]
• the widget could provide more info if the user hovers/clicks
• it could be rendered in different size text e.g H2 when we're looking at just a single branch (as in the current IFM) or a smaller text if we're showing something with several branches

We could use:

• the tags that I've been using to identify branches. These are descriptive for a human, but not necessarily consistent e.g. "geologic, TI, N3.4, b0.959 C4.2 s1"
• the branch values from nzhsm-common, e.g. values=[C4, s0.5, bN(0.87, 25), dmGeodetic]
• the long names e.g.

• a consistent way of mapping branch values to something easily interpreted and meaningful to a user
