Feature: link to Parent task for Openquake Hazard Task #391

Openquake Hazard Task page should have a link to the parent task (GT) the same as Automation Task does

e.g. HazardTask http://simple-toshi-ui.s3-website-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/OpenquakeHazardTask/T3BlbnF1YWtlSGF6YXJkVGFzazoxMjkzNTA=

compare to

Automation Task http://simple-toshi-ui.s3-website-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/AutomationTask/QXV0b21hdGlvblRhc2s6MTAxNjY5

The automation task has a Parent tasks: GeneralTask:101668 link
