Set minimum size for capture dialog to the size that it is resized to. BUGFIX: #3576

I do not really care why this happens. Maybe Qt just has stupid defaults? I just don't want this to bother anyone. It's annoying.

With this patch applied... it works on my machine :tm:

I removed the maximum size like it is done for other dialogs.
