add LANCOM vRouter appliance

Good evening and thank you for GNS3!

This is my attempt at adding an appliance file ! :)

LANCOM is a german manufacturer of network appliances (router, firewall, access points, wifi controllers, ...) which run their own proprietary os named LCOS.

I've have seen LANCOM devices in small to medium sized german companies.

This appliance adds the virtual offering vRouter to GNS3. I have already successfully used them to test something for my $dayjob.

I am not sure wether the category router is correct because it is also a firewall, wifi controller, VPN gateway and so on.

Also the unlicensed version of the vRouter limits every network interface to 1mbit/s, only allows 1 VPN connection among other things.

When creating a new appliance:

• It's tested locally, i.e.
  • [x] You dragged an instance into a project on your box, got it installed (if necessary), and did some basic network checks (ping, UI reachable, etc.).
  • [x] GNS3 VM can run it without any tweaks.
  • [ ] The device is in the right category: router, switch, guest (hosts), firewall
  • [x] You filled in as much info as possible (checks the schemas and other appliance files for some guidance).
• [ ] When adding a container: it builds on Docker Hub and can be pulled.
• [x] The filenames in the "images" section are unique (to avoid appliances and/or versions overwriting each other).
• [x] If you forked the repo, running check.py doesn't drop any errors for the new file.
• [ ] Optional: a symbol has been created for the new appliance.

I think router is fine.

Tested the appliance and it is working great 👍
