NETem appliance status? #668

Someone reported that link to download the appliance is dead: https://gns3.com/netem

Are you still maintaining this appliance? Should we move it to SourceForge?

I have closed my website, so no, I'm no longer maintaining it. Sorry, that I missed that.

Temporarily I re-created NETem here on Github https://github.com/b-ehlers/NETem, including the qcow2 image in the release area. Most of it is already included in the packer/tinycore-linux area of this repository. So it should be enough to save the qcow2 image to SourceForge. But as NETem is mainly superseeded by packet filters, deleting it may be a good option as well.
