add VyOS 1.4 rolling release #760

Just adding the nightly release for 04/29/2023 just to get a 1.4 release in. Lots of changes in VyOS actually in 1.4

Yes, it would be nice to add some 1.4 prereleases to this appliance. But the rolling releases are available only for a month. That means this appliance has to be updated at least every few weeks, better every week.

@yzguy Are you going to update this appliance that often? If yes: fine, let's go ahead. If no: we would add a version, that in a month can't be downloaded, which is bad.

I thought about adding vyos-rolling-latest.iso, but this gets modified every day, so the MD5 checksum will change. That is also not good, IMHO.

@b-ehlers I couldn't commit to updating it that often as I wouldn't trust myself to keep up with it haha.

I didn't know the rolling releases fell off after 30 days, I just assumed it was the release every day but they stayed around. I definitely don't think it's a good move then to add a rolling release and have a broken one in the appliance file.
