The dockerized IOU was a test in 2016, that is totally outdated now and that is not working. Moreover the issue https://github.com/GNS3/gns3-gui/issues/1508 abandoned the idea of a dockerized IOU and used a user defined loader with user defined libraries instead.
In contrast the xeyes docker image is a good tool to test graphical docker images, so I re-enabled it.
