Updating Fedora Cloud, CentOS-Stream, & RHEL Appliance Images #803

Adding Fedora Cloud 36, Fedora Cloud 37, & Fedora Cloud 38

When updating an existing appliance:

[Y] The new version is on top.
[Y] The filenames in the "images" section are unique, to avoid appliances / version overwriting each other.
[Y] If you forked the repo, running check.py doesn't drop any errors for the updated file.

Thanks 🙏 just one thing, the order in images should be from the most recent image to the oldest. 38-1.6 etc.

Yup Yup! Just noticed as I was doing the CentOS-Stream Images :-) I will swap these round as I have done with the CentOS-Stream images.

Quick Question @grossmj I am about to do Fedora, CentOS-Stream, & RHEL (Maybe AlmaLinux & Rocky) Do you want them in separate PRs or just bunch them into a single PR?

This PR is basically ready, I May do Alma/Rocky at some point, but I am in no rush to do them as I do not personally use Alma/Rocky in GNS3, but I do use Fedora, CentOS-Stream, & RHEL.
