Blank page on WebUI fresh install on Unbuntu 20.04.6 and latest GN3 #1446

I just did a fresh install following these instructions: https://docs.gns3.com/docs/getting-started/installation/remote-server/

Everything is working, except I get a blank page when browsing to http://gns3host:3080

It redirects to http://gns3host:3080/static/web-ui/bundled and a blank grey page.

I have the latest GNS3 Installed on my client as well as the WebUI addon.

Any ideas?

Fixed with 4.4.20.1
