If you look at the screen shot you can see the url.
Its odd there isn't something that says "Hey there is a new fancy webui, its a work in progress but here is how you access it.
I'm not even sure if that is the correct url, but it seems to work for me.

Also when installing the GNS3 fat client it comes with this icon.
However running that brings up the config.
I think that icon should be renamed Web Client Configuration or something like that. I might not be a bad idea to have an example url inside that configuration utility as well that you could either copy/paste the text out of.
I can't seem to find a url that says how to launch the webui, but google searches take me here.
