old Wireshark #28

The webclient-pack installs an old and vulnerable Wireshark version. Also, it doesn't include the npcap installer which is needed for taking pcaps with Wireshark.

I have added Wireshark v4.0.3 for the next release. I believe npcap should be installed by Wireshark if not already installed.
