Here's an additional file called qwertz-de.kbd. This file describes the QWERTZ layout for German. It includeds three additional characters (). It's encoded in UTF-8. I'm not sure whether non-Ascii keyboard files are supported.

QWERTZ? Do You mean QWERTY?
I think this file belongs in the german dictionary since it is german specfic.

No, it's in fact QWERTZ.
As to qwertz-de.kbd, do you mean I should submit that somewhere else?

Philipp Lehman plehman\@sf created a patch on 2005-09-17 21:50:07 UTC (Orig. from https://sourceforge.net/p/aspell/patches/121)
I'm attaching a keyboard data file for a QWERTZ keyboard. It's only slightly different from the standard QWERTY file, but it's still an improvement with some typos.
