Update of Slovak dictionary #635

Can you please add the latest Slovak dictionary for aspell (aspell6-sk-2.4.7-1.tar.bz2) to official distributions (at least to https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html and https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/sk)?
