#Add Code_of_Conduct Page for the Repo #7

Hi, I would like to request approval for adding a "Code of Conduct" page to the repository. The page will outline the expected behavior for contributors and foster a positive and respectful environment for collaboration. I plan to raise an issue for this addition, and once approved, I'll proceed with creating and submitting the required markdown file. Please let me know if you have any specific guidelines or preferences for this document or do not require this addition. I am a newbie and thought of creating meaningful additions as a part of Hacktoberfest24.

I have raised a PR related to the issue described above. I have followed a standard template for creating a code of conduct page. If you feel that this can be added to the project, I request you to review and share the feedback. Please add documentation, hacktoberfest labels to the issue & PR. Thank you for reviewing!
