Pattern for RCV cell terms #137

Should mapping for RCV terms named for cell type include processes that result in development of the named cell type? (Note, in some cases there are separate terms for cell development)

My approach would be to keep the developmental processes separate from the adult cell processes. Please alert me on the terms which are violating this rule.
