It is essential that headers remain stable when these files are regenerated:

manual_mapping.tsv : RCV_id RCV_name GO_id GO_name is_obsolete

RCV_def.tsv: RCV_id RCV_name Definition

Not yet, @badilla a commits to complete the merge by the end of the next week. She says it will be affecting maximum 10 terms
