When the auto-refresh feature in the "newest items" tab is live, the extension could automatically filter the new items before letting them appear on the screen. Possible filters:

after name (textfield)
after rarity (options to select from)
after weapon type / stickers / cases

Important to consider: Black-list vs. white-list
