Adjust Nav2 Critics #212

currently the robot thinks it is very small, and it is okay to clip the edges of danger zones. we need to adjust the nav2 critics so that it understands how big the robot is, and gives better clearance around danger zones

Easy fix, done with it now. However, we still need to adjust the cost_scaling_factor and inflation_radius values in the config file
