Setup map server #47

Run this: rosrun map_server map_server mymap.yaml with mymap.yaml setup and a map file http://wiki.ros.org/map_server

Currently waiting on more arena details, but could just use my example map for testing if it works

It would be cool if aruco markers & the trough decawave setup manage to get on there too, to test aruco pos stack in sim.
