I've been able to verify depth camera operation now. At this point all of our sensors should be implemented, and with meeting suspension I'd love for other people to test this so we can start continuing development in Gazebo.

Currently includes node setup to drive the robot with a controller, but this can be easily modified or broken out to allow autonomy.
