Write RT control code for STM32 #8

We're anticipating replacing the Danfoss with an RT controller that is easier to develop for.

I think we're going to go with an STM32F3 on a Nucleo development board, along with an external transceiver to convert the onboard CAN to differential signaling. FreeRTOS will manage our threads.
