Google Analytics 4 Tags #2

This issue is a reminder to generate new Google Analytics 4 tags and add them to the site pages for tracking. Since this is no longer a WordPress site, the WordPress Google Analytics module doesn't apply.

I updated the site with the Google Analytics tags we created at today's meeting. You should start seeing metrics soon. Let me know if you don't and we can continue to troubleshoot. Once we confirm that the tags are working, we can close this issue.
