Look at burst skymaps #42

There is a First2Years for bursts as well, which I had no idea about until the S191110af burst detection. It seems they often produce these "comb" pattern skymaps, which leads to lots of separate areas of probability.

It would be a good idea to properly test the tiling algorithms with these burst skymaps, and see if the strategy for these events could be adjusted.

Also worth pointing out we don't get distances for burst detections, but we can tell things from the frequency (from @kendallackley see here, CCSNe can be around 1-2kHz).

At the moments bursts are rare enough that the default strategy is probably fine, but the tiling should be looked at (I'm just annoyed I didn't know about the F2Y sample before now).

We do consider bursts now, see #70.
