MBD currently does a forced photometry step, which is probably unnecessary for our single-band observations. However, there's no way to turn this off in config, so we'll have to retarget our own MBD.

Also, the default MBD seems to crash catastrophically if a patch fails, whereas it should just move onto the next patch. To reproduce, try running tract 71 of newScopes.
