Hi, This PR contains several update to Doliwoo.

• Enable or disable syncing of photos
• Ability to set desired price level to use in the store --> need an update to Dolibarr's webservices (file server_productorservice.php ). I will make a pull request quickly. You can download his file here
• Enable or disable order's sync
• Try to add some enhancement on customer creation
• [ ]  General Comment

Can you please fix the errors? The log is at https://travis-ci.org/GPCsolutions/doliwoo/builds/152219078 You can run these tests locally by installing grunt and launching grunt test from the project root.
