we mimic windeployqt in package_app to gather Qt supplied translations for deployment on macos and linux. At some point translations for qtwebengine came into existence and windeployqt picked them up. We are now catching our package_app script up with this change. 1.9.0 on macos may be short the qtwebengine translations.
