Fix unit tests + a list of other issues

Grid test:

• [x] set gridding generation to separate function
• [x] loop through check all elements == gid

parSum test:

• [x] Fix comments (64 x 64), not 8 x 8

General:

• [x] Return errors from all mallocs also

Evolution_test:

• [x] Simple harmonic trap returns energy of wavefunction

Missing tests:

• [x] Evolution test

Non Unit Tests:

• [x] Remove 3D vortex tracking (for JOSS)
• [x] Add more math functionality to dynamic parsing
