I know this answer is way late, but it definitely does not support linux at this time. It's very much tied to D3D in its current form. It would be very cool indeed if it had a vulkan rendering path. Hopefully they add that in the future.
Is not D3D12 now run on linux too? Ok, I guess Vkd3D can be helpful.
Does TressFX support linux, if so there are no instructions.
