Update USD to 21.11

Submodule USD Updated to 21.11.

Set deps/USD to 21.11.
Fixed build script parameters.
Env var "HD_ENABLE_SCENE_INDEX_EMULATION" set to "false" since UsdImagingLite doesn't work if it's "true".
Adjusted lights to follow Cycles results.

CIS:REBUILD_DEPS
