PURPOSE Update submodule HdRPR with core 2.2.15

EFFECT OF CHANGE

Updated submodule HdRPR with core 2.2.15;
added pixel filter setting (only for Full render quality)

TECHNICAL STEPS

Updated submodule HdRPR with core 2.2.15;
added -DOPENEXR_LOCATION definition to set paths for OpenEXR for HdRPR build;
added pixel_filter_width proprerty and corresponded panel;
added parameter setting rpr:quality:imageFilterRadius for renderer.
