Added property rs_enable to register/unregister render_studio.
Added property rs_file_format to set extension for sync file.
Added Sync Settings panel to be able to set up sync directory and sync file name.
Added Usd Settings panel to expose usd export settings.
Set the default Storage Dir to ../AppData/Roaming/AMD RenderStudio Home.
Removed Status.
