Updated from Takahiro's branch: [ORO-0] Adding hiprtc to workaround the regression in 22.7.1 driver released at 7/26/2022. Note that this dll may not be compatible with older driver. So we recommend to use it only with 22.7.1.

Hi, curiously seems 22.8.1 is still missing hiprtc.dll also.. can use this dll on 22.8.1? will take many time standard AMD drivers to include hiprtc.dll by default? thanks..

Yes, you should be able to use this dll in 22.8.1. I haven't tested it myself, but I don't think there should be an issue. There's another PR which includes a newer version of this dll and 2 more dlls that would be useful to have. https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/Orochi/pull/40
