To begin with, the very first time i used Radeon Relive everything it go well , that is to say yesterday. except that from now on, every time headphonesVR tries to connect, SteamVR crashes instantly. here is some detail of my current configuration knowing that I have not made any changes since the last use:

Radeon RX 570 Series Quest 2 Windows 10 21H1 AMD OpenVR settings: https://pastebin.com/tqVVZs6K Lastest AMDWirelessVR from SteamVR logs : https://pastebin.com/L6YcfPes

If I forgot to provide important information let me know.

@armagadon159753 - what is the driver version and what is the client version (1.x or 2.0 beta)? Is Steam crashing with only one game (I assume "headphonesVR" is the content you're trying to run - I can't seem to find any references to that on Steam, could you please provide more details on this) or is it crashing with all games upon connection?

You can get the driver version by running Radeon Software and going to Settings->System.

Thanks!

Hello @GennadiyAMD , thank you for your response, I am currently using the latest version of the Radeon ReliveVR 1.0.26 client and about steamVR is crashing every time I connect( you launch the client from my Quest 2 HMD after the "wifi" logo and SteamVR crash or send me a fatal error occasionally)

Here is the information about my AMD drivers:

GPU - Radeon RX 570 Series - Primary/Discrete VRAM - 8192 MB - GDDR5 1750 MHz Software Version - 2021.1021.1449.26678 Driver Version - 21.30.31.01-211021a-372855E-RadeonSoftware Provider - Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. 2D Driver Version - 8.1.1.1634 Direct3D® Version - 9.14.10.01510 OpenGL® Version - 29.20.11000.14761 AMD Audio Driver Version - 10.0.1.21 Vulkan™ Driver Version - 2.0.198 Vulkan™ API Version - 1.2.188 Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)

Hoping this helps narrow the debugging down but I am on a very similar setup and was able to mitigate the crashing by either setting my headset to an Oculus Quest 1 in Radeon settings or turning off controller tracking in the .json file.
