Found https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/Radeon-ReLive-VR/issues/19#issuecomment-529078168 which mentioned having to go back to Stereo output.
Did so, and audio works fine. Not sure if it's a bug, but for a feature request, it would be nice of ReLive VR supported desktop audio configurations higher than 2.0/Stereo.
@Espionage724 - please try playing with the sampling rate (44.1kHz vs 48kHz) and 24-bit vs 16-bit rather than the number of channels. From how it sounds it seems to me that the issue is with that. Please let us know if this makes a difference - thanks!

I imagine it's something with my audio settings.
For my primary audio device (Realtek), I'm using 24-bit 4800Hz for the default format, and have speaker output set to 4.0 (my actual speaker set-up). I also have Realtek's UAD configuration (Realtek driver software components) with its UAD control panel too (not generic UAD drivers).
